Reworld Media, the leading media platform in France, announces the creation of its Italian subsidiary and affirms its European ambitions
Reworld Media is establishing its Italian subsidiary, Reworld Media Italia, following the acquisition of the print and digital activities of the Grazia and Icon brands from the Mondadori Group.
Reworld Media Italia is taking over the activities of the Grazia and Icon brands in Italy and thereby consolidating its reach across 23 countries, where it was already present mainly through a network of licensees. Daniela Sola, who previously oversaw global branding activities within the Mondadori Group, will head the new subsidiary.
As a leader in themed media in France with 80 proprietary brands, Reworld Media chose to open a subsidiary dedicated to its media activities in Italy, leveraging its 10 years of editorial know-how, digital expertise, and proprietary technologies.
